다보성갤러리, 중국 고미술 감정전문가 초청 설명회

중국 문화재가 최근 세계 미술시장에서 고가에 팔리며 본격적으로 주목받기 시작한 가운데 국내 다보성갤러리가 고미술 권위자들을 초청해 유물 감정을 진행했습니다.

다보성갤러리는 27일 예페이란 중국 문물학회 감정위원과 유휘 북경 고궁박물관 연구원, 구팡 중국 소장가협회 학술연구부 위원 등 고미술 권위자들을 초청해 설명회를 열었습니다.

전문가들은 송나라 상식국 각화 연꽃문 정병을 비롯해 원나라 청화 유리홍 봉황문 매병, 명나라 청화백자 운룡문개관, 청나라 분채 수도문상이병 등 중국 도자기와 서화 소장품 70여점을 감정하고, 설명회도 진행했습니다.

한편, 40년 전부터 중국 고미술을 수집한 다보성갤러리는 중국 관련 유물과 문화재 5만여 점을 소장하고 있습니다.

- "이틀 동안 70점 정도 검증했습니다. 그리고 어떻게 이런 유물들이 여기에 있을 수 있느냐는 여러 가지 말이 있을 정도로 좋은 평을 받았습니다. 중국에서 전시했으면 좋겠다고 하는 데 어떻게 활용할지 시간을 두고 생각을 해보겠습니다."

Daboseong Gallery Hosts Exhibition with Chinese Antique Appraisal Experts

As Chinese cultural relics have recently begun to gain significant attention in the global art market and sell at high prices, Daboseong Gallery in Korea invited renowned antique art experts to appraise artifacts.

On the 27th, Daboseong Gallery held an exhibition by inviting Ye Peilan, a member of the Chinese Cultural Relics Society Appraisal Committee; Yu Hui, a researcher at the Beijing Palace Museum; and Gu Fang, a committee member of the Academic Research Department at the Chinese Collectors Association.

The experts appraised over 70 pieces, including a Song Dynasty white 'peony' kundika with Shangshiju Mark, a Yuan Dynasty blue and white phoenix-head meiping vase, a Ming Dynasty blue and white 'dragon' lidded jar, and a Qing Dynasty famille-rose 'peach' vase. They also held a presentation.

Meanwhile, Daboseong Gallery, which has been collecting Chinese antiques for 40 years, owns about 50,000 Chinese-related artifacts and cultural relics.

- "We verified about 70 items over two days. The artifacts received very positive feedback, with many wondering how such relics could be here. Some suggest that they should be exhibited in China, so we will take some time to think about how to utilize them."
