다보성갤러리 찾은 中고미술 전문가 "소장품에 경탄"

한국을 방문한 중국의 고미술 권위자들이 서울 고미술품 갤러리 다보성갤러리를 찾았습니다.

중국에서도 보기 힘든 희귀한 유물들이 쏟아져 관심을 모았습니다.

현장을 정영석 기자가 다녀왔습니다.

고미술 전문 다보성갤러리 상설전시관.

한눈에 봐도 항아리 크기만 한 도자기가 수장고에서 조심스럽게 옮겨집니다.

풍만한 모습에 보기 드문 화려한 문양을 띄는데다 보존상태도 양호해 보입니다.

마치 한 폭의 동양화를 보는듯한 도자가 고고한 자태를 드러냅니다.

중국 고미술 전문가는 궁중에서 사용됐을 것으로 추정했습니다.

길이 8m가 넘는 서화작품이 눈길을 사로잡습니다.

중국의 1급 미술사는 원나라 미술품으로 추정된다면서 희귀 유물이라고 평가했습니다.

[션지아신 / 상하이시 서예가협회 부주석: 최근 일본에서 판매했던 같은 시대의 작품이 중국 돈으로 2억 5천 위안에 팔렸습니다.]

다보성갤러리가 줄지어 공개한 유물들은 온전한 형태를 갖추고 있으며 제작 연대 추정이 가능해 역사적 가치가 클 것으로 보입니다.

갤러리는 아직 공개하지 않은 중국 유물이 많다며 저명한 감정가들을 초청해 소장한 고미술품의 예술적 검증을 철저히 받겠다고 밝혔습니다.

중국에서도 보기 드문 유물을 다수 소장한 다보성갤러리가 한중간 민간 문화교류에도 촉매제 역할을 할 수 있을지 주목됩니다.

Renowned Chinese Antique Expert Visits Daboseong Gallery, "Amazed by the Collection"

Chinese antiquities experts visiting Korea have toured the Daboseong Gallery in Seoul, a gallery specializing in antique artworks. They expressed great interest in the rare artifacts that are hard to find even in China. Reporter Jeong Young-seok was on site.

At the permanent exhibition hall of the Daboseong Gallery, a gallery specializing in antiquities, a large ceramic piece, the size of a jar, is being carefully moved from the storage. The ceramic, with its voluptuous form and rare, ornate patterns, appears to be in good preservation.

The ceramic piece reveals an elegant presence, reminiscent of an Oriental painting. Chinese antiquities experts estimated it was likely used in a royal court.

An 8-meter-long calligraphy and painting piece draws significant attention. Chinese art historians of the highest rank believe it to be a Yuan Dynasty artwork and assess it as a rare artifact.

The artifacts revealed in succession by Daboseong Gallery are well-preserved and their production periods can be estimated, suggesting high historical value. The gallery stated there are many more Chinese artifacts yet to be unveiled and announced plans to invite renowned appraisers for thorough artistic verification of their collection.

Attention is focused on whether Daboseong Gallery, with its vast collection of rare Chinese artifacts, can play a catalytic role in private cultural exchanges between Korea and China.
