송대 요주요(耀州窯)에서 제작된 것으로 추정되는 서수형(瑞獸形) 잔(盞)입니다.
엎드린 서수의 등에 화형(花形) 잔을 얹은 형태이며, 바닥에는 직사각형의 평평한 받침이 있습니다. 서수는 입을 크게 벌려 이빨을 드러낸 벽사(辟邪)의 형상이며, 털의 결을 음각으로 표현하였습니다.
전면에는 청백유를 시유하였으며, 빙렬(氷裂)이 나타납니다. 유약이 두꺼운 부분은 푸른빛이 더욱 짙어지는 영청(影靑) 효과가 나타납니다. 접지면에는 직물의 흔적이 남아 있습니다.
악귀를 물리치고 제례 공간의 정결함을 수호한다는 상징적 의미를 지니며, 벽사(辟邪)와 광명(光明)의 의미를 결합한 의례용 유물입니다. 사자 모양 서수 위에 꽃 모양 잔을 올린 구성, 영청(影靑) 유색, 바닥면에 남은 붉은 흔적 등은 요주요 기물에서 자주 보이는 특징들입니다. 당시 요주요의 제작 환경을 짐작해 볼 수 있습니다.

此器推测为宋代耀州窑烧制的瑞兽形盏。
器物呈伏卧瑞兽承托花形盏之式，下设长方形平底座。瑞兽张口露齿，呈辟邪之状，阴刻其毛发纹理部分。
器表通体施青白釉，可见冰裂纹。釉层较厚处呈现更为浓郁的青色，形成影青效果。底部接地面残留有织物压痕。
该器兼具驱邪避秽、守护祭祀空间洁净的象征意义，将“辟邪”与“光明”的观念融于一体，为礼制性器物。构图呈狮形瑞兽承托花形盏状，釉色为影青釉，底部残留红色痕迹，均为耀州窑器物中较为常见的表现形式，反映了当时耀州窑的制作环境。

This is a ritual vessel in the form of a mythical beast, which is presumed to have been produced at the Yaozhou kilns during the Song Dynasty.
The vessel features a flower-shaped cup resting on the back of a crouching beast, supported by a flat, rectangular base. The creature is depicted with its mouth wide open, revealing sharp teeth, and its fur is meticulously detailed with incised lines.
The entire piece is finished with a qingbai glaze characterized by fine crackles. In areas where the glaze is thicker, it exhibits a distinct effect, displaying a deeper, more pronounced blue hue. Traces of cloth can be observed on the underside of the base, indicating the method of firing.
This ceremonial object was imbued with the symbolic meaning of warding off evil spirits and safeguarding the purity of ritual spaces, perfectly harmonizing the concepts of protection and brilliance. The composition of a flower-shaped cup atop a lion-like beast, the characteristic qingbai glaze, and the red traces remaining on the base are features frequently observed in the wares of the Yaozhou kilns. These elements offer valuable insight into the production environment of the Yaozhou kilns during that period.
